We have completely changed the site so that it is easier to get in touch with us to schedule an appointment and to get other helpful information about tax problems. In addition, the new website highlights many of our fine customers who have come to us for help and were thrilled to tell us how much they appreciated the work of our dedicated employees — and the results that they received.
One of the new features of our website is the “Existing Customer” button located on the left margin of the home page. It can also be accessed through the “Contact” button at the top of the home page. Once a customer clicks on the appropriate button, they will be able to send our management team any questions they might have about their case. Our policy is to get back in touch with our customers as soon as possible, but no later than 24-48 hours from the time we receive the inquiry.
Many times, customer questions demand that we conduct research into the matter before we can respond, and we’ll talk about that soon enough in a future post. In the meantime, please browse the new JKHarris.com and let me know what you think of it.
